Ingredients :

    • ½ cup butter or margarine 
    • 1 cup water 
    • 1 cup flour 
    • ¼ teaspoon salt 
    • 4 eggs 
    • ¾ cup sharp Cheddar cheese 
    • ¼ cup chopped green onions, including part of green tops 
    • 1 (6-ounce) can small shrimp 
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic granules 


    Preheat oven to 400°. In medium saucepan, heat butter and water until it comes to 
    a boil. Remove pan from heat and add flour and salt. Mix until flour is completely 
    incorporated. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly blended. Add cheese, 
    onions, shrimp, and garlic; mix well. Drop dough by tablespoons about 1 inch 
    apart onto two, ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Yields 
    45 to 48 puffs.

    Shrimp Puffs


    French fries are always offered on the menu at steakhouses and these are loaded with flavor. 
    Ingredients:
    • 1 pound frozen French fries 
    • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend 
    • 6 pieces cooked crumbled bacon 
    1. Preheat deep fryer to 350°F. 
    2. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
    3. Fry the French fries in small batches according to the package directions. 
    4. Drain the fries on paper towels. 
    5. Place them on a baking sheet and top with the cheese and bacon. 
    6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
    Serves 6 

    Outback Steakhouse Aussie Fries

    KFC is the leader in chicken quick-serve chains. These chicken strips will match the flavor of the restaurant and satisfy your fast food craving. 
    Ingredients :
    • 6 chicken breasts 
    • Vegetable oil for frying 
    • 1 egg 
    • 1 cup milk 
    • 2 cups flour 
    • 2¹⁄2 teaspoons salt 
    • ³⁄4 teaspoon pepper 
    • ¹⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder 
    • ¹⁄8 teaspoon paprika 
    • ¹⁄8 teaspoon baking powder 
    1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. 
    2. Preheat the oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350°F. 
    3. In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk. 
    4. In another bowl, combine the flour and spices. 
    5. Dip the chicken strips 1 at a time into the egg mixture. 
    6. Then dip in the flour coating. 
    7. Fry a few strips at a time until they are golden brown. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the strips float. 
    8. Drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

    KFC Crispy Strips

    This super-crispy chicken sandwich with a hint of spiciness will feed your fast food craving. If you like it really hot, add more hot pepper sauce to your taste. 
    Ingredients:
    • Vegetable oil for frying 
    • ¹⁄3 cup hot pepper sauce 
    • ²⁄3 cup water 
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour 
    • 2¹⁄2 teaspoons salt 
    • 4 teaspoons cayenne pepper 
    • 1 teaspoon coarse-ground black pepper 
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder 
    • ¹⁄2 teaspoon paprika 
    • ¹⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder 
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
    • 4 plain hamburger buns 
    • 8 teaspoons mayonnaise 
    • 4 tomato slices 
    • 4 lettuce leaves 
    1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F. 
    2. Mix the pepper sauce and water in a small bowl. 
    3. In a different bowl, combine the flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder. 
    4. Pound each of the chicken pieces until about ³⁄8" thick. Trim them if necessary to help them fit on the bun. 
    5. Coat each piece of chicken with the flour and roll it in the watered-down pepper sauce. Coat it in the flour 
    6. mixture again and set it aside. Repeat for other fillets. 
    7. Fry the chicken for 10 minutes, or until they are brown and crispy. Remove to paper towels to drain. 
    8. Prepare sandwiches by grilling the hamburger buns in a hot fry pan. Spread 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise on each bun. 
    9. Build the sandwiches by adding tomato, lettuce, and chicken.

    Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich

    This soup is so good and so easy. Now you can create a restaurant copycat at home by tossing a few ingredients into a pot. 
    Ingredients :
    • 4 cups chicken broth 
    • 1 cup half-and-half 
    • 1 cup water 
    • 4 slices American cheese 
    • ¹⁄2 cup flour 
    • ¹⁄2 teaspoon dried onion flakes 
    • ¹⁄4 teaspoon black pepper 
    • 4¹⁄2 cups bite-size broccoli florets 
    1. Combine all the ingredients except the broccoli into a large soup pot. 
    2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 
    3. Reduce to a simmer. 
    4. Add the broccoli and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender. 
    5. Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese.

    T.G.I. Friday’s Broccoli Cheese Soup

    This classic Italian vegetable and pasta soup will become a family favorite. Serve with grilled cheese or a salad and bread sticks, just like a meal at Olive Garden. 
    Ingredients:
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
    • ¹⁄4 cup minced celery 
    • 4 cloves minced garlic 
    • 1 small minced onion 
    • ¹⁄2 cup frozen Italian-style green beans 
    • ¹⁄2 cup chopped zucchini 
    • 4 cups vegetable broth 
    • 2 (15-ounce) cans drained red kidney beans 
    • 2 (15-ounce) cans drained small white bean 
    • ¹⁄2 cup shredded carrots 
    • 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained 
    • 3 cups hot water 
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 
    • 1¹⁄2 teaspoons dried oregano 
    • 1¹⁄2 teaspoons salt 
    • ¹⁄2 teaspoon pepper 
    • ¹⁄2 teaspoon dried basil 
    • ¹⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme 
    • 4 cups fresh baby spinach 
    • ¹⁄2 cup small shell pasta 
    1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large soup pot. 
    2. Sauté celery, garlic, onion, green beans, and zucchini for 5 minutes. 
    3. Add the broth, beans, carrots, drained tomatoes, hot water, and spices. 
    4. Bring the soup to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 
    5. Add spinach leaves and pasta. Cook for an additional 20 minutes.

    Olive Garden Minestrone Soup

    Many people crave the bread sticks at Olive Garden and now you can make them at home in almost no time at all. 
    Ingredients:
    • 1(10.5 ounce/6 count) package frozen bread sticks 
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
    • ¹⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese 
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
    2. Brush each bread stick with olive oil. 
    3. Sprinkle the tops of the bread with Parmesan cheese. 
    4. Wrap in aluminum foil. 
    5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, according to package directions.
